Libia Lucia Florez Carbonell is a lawyer from the Universidad del Norte, with a Master’s degree in International and European Union Law, with an emphasis on International Contentious Law.

She has experience in International organization law, constitutional law, and in the management of civil and commercial proceedings. She has also participated in research projects in public international law.
