Libia Lucia Florez Carbonell is a lawyer from the Universidad del Norte, with a Master’s degree in International and European Union Law, with an emphasis on international litigation.

 

Her experience includes constitutional and administrative litigation. In addition, she also has an academic background in investment arbitration and has participated in research projects related to public international law.
