Guillermo Gamba Posada,
Founding partner of Gamba Posada & Asociados in 2006. Previously he was a member of the firm Ramírez Ocampo y Asociados (1986), and founding partner of Esguerra Gamba y Asociados in 1977. His recent practice has been as an arbitrator in national and international arbitrations. He is mainly involved in commercial law, government contracting and telecommunications law matters. His arbitration experience includes issues related to franchising, distribution, agency and representation contracts; and concession contracts.

He has been arbitrator of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, both in national and international arbitrations and has been president, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in several international arbitration tribunals of the International Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the London Court of International Arbitration.
Acting as sole arbitrator, he decided one of the most valuable arbitration disputes ever handled by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, and has been arbitrator, or party counsel, in numerous other international arbitrations.
He has been a professor of law at Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de los Andes and Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración, CESA, in Bogotá.
