We have extensive experience litigating corporate disputes, such as abusive capitalizations, controversies among shareholders, and managers´ liability. We have also advised public and private companies on foreign exchange regulations, foreign remittances, and foreign credit agreements.

Palacios Lleras has represented entities and multi-national companies in investigations regarding anti-competitive practices and antitrust proceedings. Its clients have been technology, public utility companies banking, insurance, and food and beverage companies.

The firm assisted public entities in drafting the first decree issued by Colombian authorities on dumping and subsidies.

Our team has worked on commercial agency agreements for industries and coal and coke companies.

We currently counsel foreign investors on the incorporation of their companies in Colombia, as well as on the evaluation of local distribution structures.
