Prior to litigating an administrative case, we exercise our clients’ right to submit petitions before public authorities in administrative proceedings and file claims or motions to review adverse decisions such as penalties, fines, other obligations and taxes. We also act in fiscal liability proceedings at the Office of the Comptroller General, and the district and regional authorities entrusted with similar duties.
