Additionally, we advise and represent our clients in matters related to public contracts and Public-Private partnerships (PPPs), constitutional topics such as judicial review and tutela (fundamental rights actions), class actions, annulment proceedings, and “restitution of rights” against decrees and administrative acts.

The firm equally handles “direct restitution” proceedings, fiscal liability proceedings and privatizations.
Our team includes experts in evaluating the incidence of taxes on the subjects entrusted to us.

The firm’s partners have advised public entities on the drafting of legal, constitutional, and regulatory amendments. On behalf of a professional association, Palacios Lleras wrote a document for the consideration of the Constitutional Assembly responsible for the approval the 1991 Colombian Constitution.
