José Sebastián Cáceres Rodríguez
He is a founding partner of Altano S.A.S. and is mainly engaged in representing companies in real estate, civil, commercial, corporate and financial law matters, concentrating his professional experience in business structuring, conflict resolution related to the construction sector, fiduciary liability and contractual liability.
He has been a lawyer for different construction companies nationwide, as well as for national and foreign investment funds that concentrate their portfolios in real estate assets, participating in the structuring of multiple use, investment and development projects for more than 200 million dollars. He has also been a professor of Real Estate Law in postgraduate programs at Universidad Javeriana.
